NATURAL STONE. THOUGHTFULLY MADE. For brands, retailers & interior projects

COMMON QUESTIONS

A little clarity.
Before we begin.

Practical answers for planning a stone collection. Project-specific pricing, availability and timelines require a review of your actual brief.

01What information is needed for a stone product quotation?+

Share the product type, reference image or drawing, dimensions, quantity, material direction, packaging needs and destination. These details allow the design, production route and freight assumptions to be reviewed together.

02What is the minimum order quantity?+

Standard products start from 50 pieces. Large items may start at 1, 3 or 5 pieces depending on the design. Confirm the applicable quantity and sampling requirements for your selection.

03Can natural stone pieces look exactly the same?+

No. Veining, pores and color vary naturally. An approved material range and physical samples help define acceptable variation more accurately than a single reference photograph.

04Can I request a custom shape, logo or packaging?+

Include the proposed shape, logo artwork and packaging brief in your request. Feasibility, application method and any tooling or sample cost need to be reviewed before the design is confirmed.

05How long do sampling and production take?+

Lead times need to be confirmed after the specification and material are reviewed. A new shape, specialist hardware or custom packaging can add development steps. State your required delivery date and destination in the brief.

06How should stone products be packed for export?+

Packing should prevent direct stone-to-stone contact and protect rims, corners and thin sections. The carton, internal cushioning and any pallet or crate should be designed for the product weight and transport route, then validated to the agreed handling requirements.
